Because I give NO HOMEWORK!!! (you're welcome) means I expect you to always work on Digital arts in class!
It doesn't mean that if you are "done" you text your mommy, watch sick snowboard videos (although you could make sick videos if you were done with your regular work.) study for a test next period, take daily trips to the Coug (one every once and a while would be okay if you are working really hard.), shop for a sweet hoodie or headers to a 1978 Camaro, flight simulators, fantasy football, online stock trading, surf the internet for "inspiration" or "brainstorming", work on your history project, or ______________ fill in the blank with other lame excuse. You can do all of these things at HOME, Instead of homework. If you can't handle this simple rule, I will assign a research paper for home.
